![]() ![]() That’s your computer trying to run 2 different settings in a single game. ![]() If you have V-Sync off in-game but AMD or Nvidia has V-Sync or enhanced sync enabled you will experience crashes and graphical hick-ups such as video lagging behind audio. Hope this is a clear enough explanation.Įdit: Also when considering the possibility of performance problems double check your AMD or Nvidia settings to make sure their graphical changes match that of what is being set for D2R. ![]() This just happened to me this morning while trying to kill Baal’s throne room trash mobs. And in fact mobs will keep attacking you and kill you if you don’t Save and Exit. The rest of the game keeps running - this is not a freeze. Anything “fullscreen” is always using more CPU and memory. Has anyone else seen this Twice now my character has been completely unable to move. Also don’t go full screen with videos as well. Double check your settings and try again in windowed mode. I’ve also never lagged when switching back to old school graphics while in windowed mode compare to some bug reports that I’ve seen and read about. Did you make sure your graphics drivers and settings are all updated? Did you check and make sure it wasn’t your lack of ram or CPU performance? Have you tried gaming in windowed mode? I do the same thing with 1 1080p monitor, D2R at the lowest windowed setting, and I’ve never experienced the lag you’re describing. ![]()
